Kathy - I am very much like you; I too am taking stock of myself. It happens this week each year. New plans, new motivations for being a better person all the way around. I like to try to create new habits - mostly for organizing myself and my life.

I too have purchased Dr. Ron Arndt's book and will be torturing my husband with it, (maybe we should introduce our husbands to each other and they could commiserate!)

Recently, I finished the book, "Eat That Frog" and I now have a project list going that has each step needed to complete the project. My day is becoming more organized and I don't feel as stressed as I used to. Of course, I always do the client work first - but then, I eat my biggest, ugliest frog. It feels really good.
