I really did laugh out loud! I can picture you sitting there all angry and beating yourself up. Then to find out that you have a memory a little longer than a goldfish! Wow, five days and you need reprogramming. I can relate to this goldfish memory though; in this field, we keep so many balls in the air that once a task is complete for our business, we tend to purge the information to make room for really important stuff - like client tasks! Maybe we should research a memory improvement program - or better yet - we could invent one just for Virtual Assistants! Oh, Kathy – you were right! I really did laugh out loud! Sheesh, you know you're busy when you can't remember what you did five days ago! Of course, as you know, my business name has simply been my name since I started out, so my Google alerts are all me!
