I had the pleasure of working with Kathy on a fundraiser for our kids Elementary School during the Christmas season of 2007. It was an initiative created by Kathy who organized and carried out the fundraiser with enthusiasm, many hours of volunteer work and great detail. She managed to bring together many parents, community businesses and school staff to make a fun day for the kids of the school that they still talk about today.
While partnering with Kathy through this process I found her to have endless amounts of energy, countless ideas and a great talent for thinking on her feet.
